If running late, a 15 minute grace period is in place. Any later may result in having to reschedule your service.

• Reschedule/cancel 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid the cancelation fee of $40.

• Same day cancellation will result in a $40 cancellation fee.

• Fees must be paid before an appointment can be rescheduled.
